Villa Capitan is a contemporary three-storey home wrapped in full-height panoramic windows, set on a gently sloping plot among the golf greens of Villamartín (Orihuela Costa) — just 5 km from the Mediterranean. What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 7 nights.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00.

How many guests does it sleep?

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests.

Is there a pool and is it heated?

Yes, there is a private pool with hydromassage and air jets; it is not heated. The villa also has a Turkish steam sauna and a wood-fired Finnish sauna.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not generally allowed. If you would like to travel with a pet, please ask us before booking and we will consider it.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes — a refundable €500 damage deposit. It is arranged before check-in (card pre-authorization or bank transfer) and returned after checkout, once everything is in order.

Are there extra charges on top of the nightly price?

On top of the nightly price there is a one-off €200 final cleaning fee per stay. Separately, a refundable €500 damage deposit is arranged before arrival and returned after checkout. There are no platform fees and no tourist tax — the price you pay online is final.

Can I book directly with no fees?

Yes. You book directly with the owner, with no platform fees and personal service.

Is there parking?

Yes, two-car parking within the property.

Is it close to the beach?

It is in Villamartín, about 5 km from the beaches of Orihuela Costa (around 10 min by car), on the Costa Blanca.

Are there any house rules?

Yes: no smoking indoors, no parties or events, and quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests booked.

Can you arrange an airport transfer?

Yes. We can arrange a transfer from Alicante airport (about 45 min by car) on request. Just message us before arrival.
